You may request an appointment using the link below, by email, or by phone.

Please remember that scheduling an appointment reserves time exclusively for you. Because this prevents others from booking that slot, all cancellations must be made through the online calendar or by contacting us directly by phone or text. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the appointment—or failure to appear—will result in a fee equal to at least one hour of mediation time.

Scheduling Your Mediation

Appointments are offered in half‑day increments beginning at 9:00 AM or 1:00/1:30 PM, and each session is scheduled for three (3) hours.
If you need a different start time, simply include your preference in the notes when requesting your appointment. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

Court‑Appointed Mediations

If your mediation is court‑appointed:

1. Select and schedule your preferred date on our online calendar.

2. Notify the appropriate court staff member of your selection.

The court’s mediation specialist will then prepare the necessary paperwork and issue notices to all parties, including the mediator.

Court Fees

All court mediation programs require fees to be paid in advance. Tampa Bay Mediation does not collect these fees. Payments must be made directly to the appropriate Clerk of Court.
For questions about fees or program policies, please contact the court’s mediation program directly.

Zoom Mediations & In‑Person Options

Savvy Mediation currently conducts mediations via Zoom and does not maintain physical office space.
If you require an in‑person mediation, an additional fee may apply for office space or travel. There is no charge for reasonable travel within the Tampa Bay area.
